elixir | I am not saying this is a bad thing at all, just something I noticed. My cousin is a taurus and she always watches people in this way that makes people uncomfortable. It makes you feel like an open book. Its like she is psychoanalyzing people in her own way. It seems like she senses a lot of things underneath the surface. Also, this taurus guy stares at me and he doesn't try to be discreet about it lol. Its like he doesnt realize he is staring. I can think of a few other taurus i know who like to "watch" people. Any tauruses out there? |

anonymidarkness | Making people uncomfortable by staring/watching them and psychoanalyzing people sounds like pluto/scorpio/virgo thing to me. Do they have any placements in those signs and is there pluto prominent in the chart? I personally don’t know any taurus that watch/stare at people. |
ayujegeg | well, you notice that when you see cows in the paddock they always stare at you curiously while chomping grass, it's just their nature. |
SDragon | I do stare, but only usually if I find the object to be attractive in some way. It's not really lust or even romantic interest per se. It's more like 'I want to appreciate beauty in all its glory and I may not get the chance again' type mentality, so while it's in my presence I should enjoy it |
auntdahlia | Hell yes! and yeah i doesn't look scary though, just funny that someone can stare so openly.without any reserve.quite refreshing actually |
StarlightSmileSupreme | I only stare at people when they aren't staring at me and I have the Taurus Moon in house eight. |

I've got a Taurus Moon in 10H I do this. I read people long before I talk to them about anything other than generic small talk. I love watching people, honestly. I like seeing how they interact, their facial expressions/body language while they do so.. It fascinates me. Especially when you notice how others don't/can't pick up on such nuances. Maybe I'm only so good at it because I've spent time watching.

hannaramaa | Thinking about earth signs in general, I would say all do this. My Virgo friend analyzes people (but she does it in a way that's unobtrusive. To translate, if she's looking at a person she looks and doesn't make them uncomfortable.) Taurus is complimentary to Scorpio, hence why I could see people being uncomfortable around such energy; the suns more than the moons. And Capricorns stare until they burn a hole through your chest and you come over and approach them, lol! I think it is an earth sign attribute because they are cautious and the "take your time-rs." I have a Taurus moon (11H, sometimes 12 depending on what I feel like that day lol) that's opposition Pluto and trine Saturn (also trine Uranus and Neptune but that's not earth-related) and I definitely think people get uncomfortable with me looking at them. I have an unusual eye color for one, and two I don't realize how intensely I'm staring if I'm in my head thinking and concentrating, so I probably look quite mean or bored (but intensely) when I'm really just trying to figure them out. Lastly, my friend is a Taurus sun and she analyzes people a lot. You wouldn't expect it because in her 5'2" skinny-minnie frame she is unimposing, but she is an excellent observer. She's training to become a criminologist though so I suppose it's part of her nature. |

I do that as well. Peoples interactions fascinate and inspire me. I think long term observations creates much needed awareness. Always contributed that to my Moon in 12th and 8th house NN but perhaps its my Taurus Sun. |
Kerosene | I really hate when people do that.. People on the bus sitting across from you just staring.... Are they judging you or admiring you? Its just too intimate.. I think its a bit rude too. I usually say hello and they look away. **** you ***** ..Usually earth signs do this.

Padre35 | Will say Jealous Taurus looks very different from calm Taurus. |
freebrainstorms | yes i have definitely noticed that taurus stare. they're one of the few apart from scorpio who can usually compete with me in a staring contest. |

Aww I would say hello to you! Probably first, if I noticed you noticing me looking! And strike up some conversation about whatever it was about you that caught my eye in the first place. I think I make people uncomfortable with my compliments sometimes, only because most people don't know how to accept them. It's only my Moon that's in earth, though. The rest of my chart is mostly fire with a splash of water to make some steam |
